We assist our youth and young adults in achieving healthier solutions to various day to day situations that could help build their confidence to succeed and to help excel socially and academically.

Arkevious Armstrong
Founder & Executive Director
Arkevious Armstrong is a nationally recognized speaker, life coach, author, and founder of Step Up To Leadership, a mentoring program committed to empowering youth and young adults to rise above adversity. Once a high school dropout and incarcerated youth, Arkevious transformed his life—earning his GED behind bars and later a degree in Business Management from Strayer University. Today, he uses his powerful story to inspire others to find purpose, build confidence, and embrace their potential. Arkevious has spoken to thousands across the country in schools, community centers, and correctional facilities, connecting through his authenticity, energy, and unwavering belief in second chances. He is also the author of Confidence From Within: 60 Day Challenge and founder of the motivational brand ArkInspire, dedicated to helping people discover their inner strength. Through mentorship, speaking, and service, Arkevious is leading a movement of transformation—one life, one story, one breakthrough at a time.
